Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us.  We’re a small, independent shoe retailer with one store in Cumbria and we appreciate your support.  

Our return policy is 28 days and we can only offer a refund or exchange if footwear is returned to us in the original condition as NEW, UNWORN (i.e. as received) with the original unmarked and undamaged box and swing tags.  The returned item must be in re-sellable condition and not worn or damaged.  Any worn item or footwear returned that is  not in the original condition will be refused and we will contact you to arrange collection.

To help us keep our stock in good quality, please do not apply tape directly to the item’s box.  Outer wrap the item securely in the original packaging or alternative suitable packaging.

Sorry but we don’t offer free return postage and we ask customers to send returns back to SR Shoes address or deliver in person. We recommend using a tracked signed for service.
